Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Skye Laser Engraving, it is deemed that you have read and understood and agreed to our terms and conditions.

Our shipping rates are as follows: Australia Post Rates

Whilst all care is taken to ensure that items are packed safely and securely,  we can not be responsible for damages, loss or delays in transit  -these must be taken up with the carrier.

All orders are shipped within 6 working days. If you have not received an order within 12 days, please notify us by email at: sales@skyelaserengraving.com.au

Refund and Returns
To return an item, please first send an email to: sales@skyelaserengraving.com.au
And also include the following information:
Your Order number if known (appears on the confirmation email)
A photo of the defective product
A description of the item you are returning

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Skye Laser Engraving. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.  If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.Terms and Conditions

Pricing & Payment – All prices are shown in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment methods include bank transfer, Visa & MasterCard via our shopping cart, if you wish to pay by another method please contact us for further information.

We do not accept Amex or personal cheques.

Refunds – Please note we will only provide a refund or exchange on items that contain manufacturing faults. Any faults must be reported to us within 5 working days of you receiving your order. After 5 days it will be deemed that your order is satisfactory and the order completed. Authorisation must be obtained from us prior to you returning any goods to us for a refund or exchange.

Cancelling or changing orders – Please contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to cancel or change your order.

Engraving – Once an item has been engraved it cannot be changed or returned for refund.
